These Terms govern your use of SnapPayStub (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

SnapPayStub is a browser-based tool that helps you create pay stubs and download them as PDFs. Your data is entered and stored locally in your browser; it is never uploaded to our servers. The tax amounts shown are good-faith estimates based on projected 2026 federal brackets, FICA rates and simplified, editable state rates. They are approximations and may differ from your actual withholding.

Not professional advice

SnapPayStub is a document-formatting tool. It does not provide payroll, accounting, tax or legal advice, and the pay stubs it produces are self-prepared documents — not official government records or employer-certified payroll statements. For payroll filing and exact withholding, consult a qualified professional or official IRS and state tax tables.

Pricing & Payment

SnapPayStub is a one-time purchase of $2.99 for unlimited PDF downloads and edits. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing and applicable taxes. We never receive or store your card details.

Refunds

Refunds are available as described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with information you are authorized to use. You may only enter accurate figures for income that was genuinely earned, for yourself or for an employee or worker you are authorized to pay. You must not use the Service to fabricate, inflate, or misrepresent income; to impersonate an employer; to deceive landlords, lenders, government agencies or any other party; or to create any false, fraudulent or misleading document. Creating or using a fake pay stub to obtain credit, housing, benefits or anything of value is fraud and may be a criminal offense. You are solely responsible for how the pay stubs you generate are used.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you enter and the documents you create. Because your data stays in your browser, you are responsible for keeping your own copies and records.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the tax estimates are accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for the correctness and legal compliance of every pay stub you produce.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapPayStub and its operators will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
