Tax amounts are good-faith estimates based on projected 2026 federal brackets, FICA rates and simplified state rates, and may differ from your actual withholding. This is a self-prepared document for record-keeping — it is not payroll, accounting or tax advice, and not an official government or employer-certified payroll record.

FAQ
Is there really no subscription?
Correct. You pay $2.99 once and can create and download unlimited pay stubs. No monthly fee, no per-stub charge.
How accurate are the taxes?
We estimate federal income tax (annualized percentage method), Social Security, Medicare and a flat state rate using projected 2026 figures. They're good estimates and the state rate is editable, but they're not exact withholding — always verify against official tables for filing.
Is this legal to use?
Yes — creating a pay stub from your own genuine income is legal and common for record-keeping and proof of income. You must only enter accurate figures for income you actually earned; using it to fabricate income or deceive anyone is fraud and against our terms.
Is my data private?
Completely. Everything you enter is stored in your browser and the PDF is generated on your device — nothing is uploaded to our servers.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Email us with your order number and a short note and we'll refund you.
How is biweekly pay calculated?
Biweekly means 26 pay periods a year. The tool annualizes your earnings over 26 periods to estimate taxes and computes your year-to-date totals automatically.
